Ryan Connor – Lead Pastor
Dr. Ryan Connor and his wife, Shannon, have two children. Before coming to Oregon, he served churches in California and West Virginia. Ryan also has extensive experience as a licensed professional counselor. He attended Southern Christian University (B.S.), Marshall University (M.A.), and Lincoln Christian Seminary (D.Min.), earning degrees in ministry and counseling. Pastor Ryan serves as the Chaplain of the Amity Fire District, and sits on the board of directors for the Yamhill Community Action Partnership and is a member of the Oregon Christian Convention leadership team. Cody Cade – Associate Pastor – Youth Ministries
Cody began serving with Amity Christian Church in 2013. He is a graduate of Boise Bible College and has a heart for youth and people of all ages to come to know Jesus personally. Cody is married to Sarah, who also graduated from Boise Bible College.
Fredi Mcmullen – Office Administrator
Fredi and Dennis have five adult children, Tim, Eric, Tina, Alice and DJ. They have eight grandchildren. Fredi enjoys time with family, gardening and is a great wedding planner. She leads the women’s ministry at ACC, and keeps the office running smooth. Fredi has a heart for God and for ministry.
Ron Huber serves as an elder. Ron and his wife, Donna, are involved in several ministries. Donna is very active in our Children’s ministry. Ron is the Team Leader of the Building & Grounds Ministry. Ron retired as the jail captain of the Yamhill County Sheriff’s department. Donna is a retired school teacher. Ron and Donna have made their home a ministry, adopting and raising 28 children.
Randy Rohde is the chairman of the Eldership. He serves on several ministry teams, and he is the Team Leader of the Discipleship Ministry. Randy’s wife, Sandra is involved in Chrildren’s Ministry, and she is the Team Leader of the Budget & Stewardship Ministry Team. Randy and Sandra run a local farm and have four adult children.
Dale Stepper serves as an elder. Dale and Erika were married in 1992 and they have two daughters, Brianna & Korey. Dale is an Industrial Measurement device Salesman. He rotates as an Adult Sunday School teacher. He also helps run COMPASS Adventure Outfitters; a non-profit organization that tries to reach kids from challenging backgrounds and introduce them to the purpose God has for them by mentoring them through outdoor adventures. Erika is a tax specialist at H&R Block, seasonally. She is also the Secretary for the Palmer Creek Water District near Dayton. She teaches Children’s Sunday School. Both Dale and Erika enjoy working together in the yard and garden at their home. Dale enjoys Hunting, fishing, hiking etc.. Erika enjoys camping, cooking, and taking care of her family.
